I don't know about specific software geared towards Virtualmin, but ClientExec is a decent package that has a generic plugin you can copy and customize to work with Virtualmin without too much hassle.

I think he was looking for billing and automatic account creation with the API. Although, I checked the link and will pass it on to my reseller accounts because currently the reseller does have access to the API.

I checked this out and couldn't find boo about virtualmin. I did note that it is significantly more than AWBS which is why maurisio doesn't like AWBS.
Awbs costs 135.5 usd :(
Its not a plugin but it is easy enough to setup and it is free. I use http://www.simpleinvoices.org/.
