Vitrualmin broken after 1y

Ive got a copy of Virutalmin that has been running fine for about 1y but now its just broken itself. There are lots of wierd UI issue but most importantly...

Just did a manual yum update on bangalow the result I get is:

Now it is totally stuffed. As soon as I login I get this

This is a RHEL4 machine and up until about a month ago it was fine.

How do I get support for something like this. Im happy to pay but The support on the site seems to be for new installs only? is there any place to lodge a ticket?
