I'v got the very same problems. So I litterly copy-paste the sentence into google and that gave me the solution because it were a known faults into early versions. I installed my version of virtualmin on top of CentOS 4.4
Well. It seems that somethings broken in the install.sh or so......
Yes, there is some sort of stupid regression in virtualmin-base. Postfix configuration is not happening to a large degree. I'm chasing Jamie down on this one right now. (It's actually a change in the way the Webmin Postfix module works that breaks the installer--nothing in install.sh is doing any configuration work).
Same problems on a fresh install of VMpro on CentOS 4.4 when "Recheck Config":
ERROR 1:

No virtual domains file was found in your Postfix configuration. Maybe no virtual domain map has been defined.

ERROR 2:

SpamAssassin and Procmail are installed. However, your mail server does not appear to be configured to deliver using Procmail

SOLUTION:
> WEBMIN] SERVERS] POSTFIX CONFIGURATION] LOCAL DELIVERY] External command to use instead of mailbox delivery
Enter: /usr/bin/procmail-wrapper -o -a $DOMAIN -d $LOGNAME

Hey guys,
