SPF DNS records

Hi!

Could you include the addition of generic spf records in the DNS table?

Many of the larger mail servers are requiring some form of verification of emails, and this is a simple one step solution to prevent email blockage.

Thanks!

Hey Kevin,

Adding SPF records is already supported--you just have to turn it on. You can do that in System Settings:Server Templates and then click on the template you normally use (Default being the default, of course). About midway down the page, there's an option labeled Add SPF DNS Record? Selecting Yes gives pretty generally useful results.

It probably should be the default, now that it's becoming more common. I'll see about getting it added to the configuration script.

For some odd reason, dspite turning it on, it does not seem to get added to the DNS records being created. Possibly having it active by default might be a smart idea.
