We´ve just bought a Virtualmin License upgrade from 250 to Ulimited. Order number is 10938 a must be aplied to Virtualmin serial number: 5559817.

Sorry that it's not working properly for you!
I double-checked, and license "5559817" is showing up in our license manager as being a Virtualmin Unlimited now.
What you may want to do is try clicking the "Re-Check Virtualmin License" option in the top-right of the System Status screen in Virtualmin. That may resolve the problem.
