Ability to select PHP version during creation or editing

If multiple PHPs are installed on Virtulamin system then the only way for now to install a website in particular PHP version is to create a template and configure it to run in that PHP version. Which is good, however I strongly believe that ability to select PHP version should be not only template based, but also be present on Create and Edit virtual server windows.

It is also a matter of design, so probably should be considered together with https://www.virtualmin.com/node/38457

This seems like an option that would be very rarely used, and would complicate the UI for the vast majority of users who don't need it. Also, as you said the template can already select the default PHP version - so why add an extra option for it?
