In the previous versions of Webmin there was a checkbox in Usermin -> Authentication called "Also lock users with failed logins". What happened to it?
Please note Webmin still has it.

I don't think that ever existed in Usermin, because it doesn't have the ability to lock out users (which would involve editing the /etc/shadow file)
