Hi
Whatever destination chosen (S3 or regular FTP), I'm unable to schedule a whole backup with 30 days of history maximum !
Each time it gets me this error message:
Failed to save scheduled backup : Deletion of old backups is only supported when a date-based destination is used, and strftime substitutions are enabled
I have well ticked strftime option and Create Directory as indicated in Documentation ! Did I miss something ? I have same issue on my two Virtualmin servers !
Thanks
Vincèn

What are you entering for the backup destination path exactly?

Yes, "File on server" is the destination path. If you want to create one directory per day, this should be set to something like pro-%d

I don't need one directory per day, I just need one file for whole server backup per day and that it keeps them only 30 days. Should I let then the directory field empty ?

Ok, in that case you should enter the destination like
pro-2/backups-%d.tar.gz
and set the "Backup format" to "Single archive file"Submitted by vincen on Sun, 09/06/2015 - 05:17 Pro Licensee Comment #6

Thanks
