I would like to test Cloudmin Pro features before offering to my clients and buying full license. Is it possible?

You could also try Cloudmin GPL for free.

Another license question for testing purpose (and offering in future):

I'm using 2 servers (Cloudmin hosts) + 5 VM/host = 10 VM. Can I use one Cloudmin 10 Instance License in both servers or I have to buy two Cloudmin 10 Instance Licenses?

Absolutely! One Cloudmin Pro installation can manage VM's across any number of hosts.
