I'm having the exact same issue as described in this post where there is a screenshot:
http://www.virtualmin.com/node/36301
It was working when I had previously installed Cloudmin for physical and then Virtualmin GPL after it, but when I installed Virtualmin GPL and then Cloudmin 10 it messes up and there is no Virtualmin menu link at the top, only Cloudmin and Webmin and the Virtualmin menu appears at the bottom of the Cloudmin menu.

Hey,
I am having an issue with the fix I didn't notice before for some reason.
If I select Virtualmin and then try to select a different virtual server the left menu redirects back to Cloudmin. The right side goes to the virtual server I selected.

I'm seeing this issue too, now. The Virtualmin menu region is fixed and now shows at the top next to the others (thanks!!), but when you click on a virtual server from the dropdown in the Virtualmin menu, it refreshes the left column frame when it switches to that virtual server's settings page. This resets the left column to show the Cloudmin column again.
I think that's what's wrong with it now, but I don't have time to dig more. It appears that the frame should not be reloading/refreshing completely... that, or it needs to be reverted to the old order of the top menu.
It used to be "Virtualmin | Cloudmin | Webmin" order, but after this update, it's "Cloudmin | Virtualmin | Webmin".

FYI, as a workaround for now, you can follow these instructions and go directly to the various pages for each virtual server. This is from the "Security Warning" page when you don't visit a link from the menu, but paste it directly into the browser:
(replace [virtual server] with your desired virt server name, and [domain_id] with the id of the domain. The specific CGI script URL will differ also, depending on the function you're after. This is the "Edit Virtual Server" option..)
Warning! Webmin has detected that the program https://[virtual server]:10000/virtual-server/edit_domain.cgi?dom=[domain_id] was linked to from an unknown URL, which appears to be outside the Webmin server. This may be an attempt to trick your server into executing a dangerous command.
Make sure your browser is configured to send referrer information so that it can be verified by Webmin.
Alternately, you can configure Webmin to allow links from unknown referers by :
Login as root, and edit the /etc/webmin/config file.
Find the line referers_none=1 and change it to referers_none=0.
Save the file.

Argh, that's a separate bug in the new theme. I will likely release a 9.2 update shortly to correct it.

Hi Jamie,
I see a 9.1.1 theme version in the gpl/universal repository. Does it contain the solution to the "frame refresh problem" of the 9.1 theme version ? If it does, can you please update debian package ? And good luck if you are still working to solve this issue.
Thanks for the nice job you do.

Bleck, which Cloudmin version are you using? And are you still seeing that issue?
It's possible that the updated theme isn't in all the repositories, I'll work with Jamie to make sure it is.

I'm releasing a new 9.2 theme version now that includes fixes for these issues.

@andreychek, I'm running Cloudmin 8.1.gpl and Virtualmin 4.16.gpl
The 9.2 theme version released by Jamie fixed the servers-list drop-down menu issue, for me.

Working great here, with the new updates, just to follow up.
Thanks!
