Jamie, doing a little research on this problem, I see that there are some gpg users who ran into this in various circumstances.
Some users said they got around this particular problem by passing in the "--no-tty" option to gpg. Is there a way to do that from within Virtualmin?

I could certain add this flag to the gpg command when Virtualmin calls it.
However, the issue may be that the GPG key being used is protected by a passphrase?
