Hi,
I need to change the whole server IP for a virtualmin server from a private IP to a publicly addressable IP. I only have cli.
Is it possible to do this and have virtualmin come up on the new IP via webgui?

Howdy -- just to clarify, are you just changing a secondary IP on the server, perhaps one belonging to one particular domain? Or are you changing the server's primary IP address?

server's primary IP. once I can get into gui I will then go in and adjust all of the domains

The server's primary IP address is set in the CentOS configuration files.
It's in the directory "/etc/sysconfig/networking/devices", in a file named something like "ifcfg-eth0". There, you'll see your IP address set, along with a few other parameters.
You can see the full details of that file and directory here:

I was able to get the main server IP changed over, and I am in the web gui.
All of the virtual servers still show the old (private IP) for the IP address under "Virtual Server details"
How do I update them all in bulk to the new (public) IP?

You should see a prompt after logging into the web UI to mass change all your domains to the new IP.
Alternately, you can do this at Networking and Addresses -> Change IP Addresses.
