Does Virtualmin Professional installer, version 1.1.1 install on Centos 7

I am moving from a CentOS 6 server to a CentOS 7 server.

I grabbed the installer from the address specified on my license page.

When I run it it says

The systems currently supported by install.sh are: CentOS and RHEL 5-6 on i386 and x86_64 Scientific Linux 6 on i386 and x86_64 Debian 6.0 and 7.0 on i386 and amd64 Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, 12.04, and 14.04 LTS on i386 and amd64 Amazon Linux 2012.03 on i386 and x86_64 FreeBSD 7 and 8 on i386 and amd64

No mention of CentOS 7.

Should I be getting some other installer for CentOS 7?

Howdy -- support for CentOS 7 is properly listed on our website, but was missing from the installer. I added that text just now, so the next time it's downloaded, CentOS 7 support will properly appear there.

CentOS 7 is a Grade A supported distro, and should work well.

If you have any questions, comments, or problems using CentOS 7, please feel free to let us know!

Yes it does, thanks.

BTW, does the installer do the switch from firewalld to iptables (so that the firewall component of webmin can be used) or do I have to do that manually afterwards?

I don't believe the installer changes the firewall. To switch from firewalld to iptables, that's something that would need to be done manually.
