awstats for a particular site is 0

More info: The domain is BibleLegacy.com The username/userHomeDir is not entirely based on the domain name ( whereas all/most domains created by Virtualmin are). Webalizer is showing visits info but awstats is showing everything to be zero! Please let me know if you need more info....

There should be a link on the left menu in Virtualmin to re-generate the AWstats report for the domain. Try clicking that, and see if it reports any errors ..

I saved the config by going to aswstats configuration under "Logs and Reports" but still it's zero!

More details:

It was legacy.preachwod.com to start with for quite a long time. Then i added a registered domain to it called BibleLegacy.com and changed the domain to BibleLegacy.com.

Thereafter, I made/created legacy.preachword.com to be an alias for BibleLegacy.com

Is there a permission/folder problem or any other problem?

Did you do all these domain name and alias changes in Virtualmin, or by editing the Apache config files?

Domain name and alias change were done in Virtualmin.

Could be a bug in Virtualmin related to the domain conversion to/from an alias.

If there any chance I could login to your system to see what is going wrong here?

Ok, I found the issue - your system was missing the Geo::IPfree which is needed by AWstats. Once I installed it with the command perl -MCPAN -e 'install Geo::IPfree' , awstats report generation started working.

I am still getting [Never updated (See 'Build/Update' on awstats_setup.html page) ] for NothingButFact.BitterTruth.net; Though webalizer does work/show stats for Nov 2014.

I didn't actually look at that domain.

Do you still get the error after running /etc/webmin/virtualmin-awstats/awstats.pl nothingbutfact.bittertruth.net
