I noticed that in the list of users from the server Appears the user who does not belong to the server or group. When create a new user it Appears Within the server with the different primary group actually was to assign the same group of administrator. How can I resolve the situation?

Yes use the virtualmin Virtual Servers (GPL). ok, I'm waiting for help there.
