We lost one of are pro licensed servers and on a different machine another license has expired. Can we migrate the now unused license to the server that has the expired license and if so how? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Howdy -- sure, it's no problem to change the Virtualmin license information. That's something you can do on the command line, using a command like the following:
virtualmin change-licence --serial VIRTUALMIN_SERIAL_NUMBER --key VIRTUALMIN_LICENSE_KEY
