After the last update the dropdown from the left side it was replaced by a text field where i can write the name of the domain. I think is a bug but don't know how to fix it.
The version I am running is 4.11.gpl GPL on Ubuntu 10.04.3.

Howdy -- you may have just passed the 100 domain mark, which can cause that behavior.
Take a look in System Settings -> Virtualmin Config -> User Interface Settings, you'll see an option "Maximum number of domains to display". You may want to try setting that to a higher value, possibly "Unlimited".
