Argh, it looks like there was a problem with the recent Virtualmin release, both the Pro and GPL versions were added to the Pro repository, but the GPL version is what is being downloaded as the most recent.
We'll help you get that corrected. It won't cause any problems to your system, and you won't lose anything, though it is understandably frustrating and inconvenient.
Joe is going to correct repository.
In the meantime, you can manually download and install the Pro version of Virtualmin at one of these two links (depending on your architecture:
http://software.virtualmin.com/ubuntu/dists/virtualmin-universal/main/binary-amd64/webmin-virtual-server_4.11_all.deb
http://software.virtualmin.com/ubuntu/dists/virtualmin-universal/main/binary-i386/webmin-virtual-server_4.11_all.deb
You can install that from the command line using dpkg.
If you would like help with the syntax for doing that, please feel free to let us know. Sorry for the trouble!
Also, note that we'll add a newer version to the Pro repository here soon, so that it automatically upgrades back to Pro if you don't wish to do so manually.

The links you put in the previous entry are truncated and this appears to only be partially fixed.
You removed the package, but it appears to still be in your catalog.
sudo apt-get update --fix-missing
sudo apt-get upgrade

Nuts, it does indeed look like Drupal mangled my links! I updated the links and wrapped them in "code" tags. Those should work properly now.
I'll talk to Joe to see how much longer the repository issues will take to correct, though you're correct that they are not fixed yet.
