We have just renewed one Unlimited annual Virtualmin License. Order is number 9023 and must be applied to Virtualmin serial number #5558636

That's odd, I wonder how that happened. I typically just copy and paste the serial number you mention, but that certainly didn't work in this case :-)

I applied your renewal to 5558636.

Sorry about the confusion with 5558505, looks like you get a free year on us :-)
