Upgrade 50 to 100 user license

Hello,

We purchased a license upgrade to convert our 50 user license (KEY: LXVPJBBEAR7 / Serial #: 5556778 ) to 100 user. After finilazing the order, we do not see any options to apply the upgrade.

Please advise.
