Howdy -- we're sorry that the ZenPhoto Install Script didn't work for you!

What error(s) do you see in the Apache error logs located in $HOME/logs/error_log?

[Tue Apr 15 23:16:17 2014] [warn] [client 167.88.118.173] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/baxxxxxxge/public_html/photos/zp-data/zenphoto.cfg.php on line 2

Hmm, could you attach the file /home/baxxxxxxge/public_html/photos/zp-data/zenphoto.cfg.php to this request?

You may need to rename it to have a .txt extension first. Thanks!

Looks like the error is that the line <?php appears twice at the start. Which is odd, as that file is created by ZenPhoto itself.

Aha, it looks like, for some reason, that file has two lines that look like this:

<?php

Those are the first two lines -- what if you delete one of those, does it work properly at that point?

That appears to have fixed the issue.
