Scripts: Joomla 3.2.4 listed as available install or upgrade, but does not exist, as latest is not 3.2.4 but 3.2.3

Trying to upgrade:

Failed to upgrade scripts : Download of http://joomlacode.org/gf/download/frsrelease/19239/158103/Joomla_3.2.4-S... is not an archive file - perhaps an error page

Same issue when trying to install Joomla 3.x.

It looks like Joomla 3.2.4 was released and then pulled back. You should be able to have Virtualmin go back to the older version of the installer by deleting /etc/webmin/virtual-server/latest-scripts/joomla.pl and then going to System Settings -> Script Installers -> Installer Updates and clicking Save.
