Howdy -- Order #8664 appears to be labeled as "Pending", which is what Paypal typically sends when a payment didn't go through for some reason.

If you look in Paypal's interface, do you see any reasons listed there as to why it might have been held up?

And can you confirm that it didn't actually come through?
