Changelog Order

Dear guys,

I makes very little sense to sort your changelogs in ASC way.

Example: https://github.com/webmin/webmin/blob/master/CHANGELOG

Could you make it DESC, so we wouldn't have to scroll down a lot of lines to find what's new? :)

No, we aren't going to change the change log order. Plenty of automation within Webmin depends on the current ordering.

If it bothers you, run : tac CHANGELOG
