Submit support ticket response with error code 500

When using the "submit support ticket" feature within VirtualMin, the form responds with:

Sending support ticket to virtualmin.com .. .. failed with HTTP error : HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

When submitting the ticket, however the ticket does appear to have been successfully submitted.
