It appears Virtualmin 4.05 GPL has not been made available for download.

Thanks for letting us know -- I'm passing this over to Joe to take a look into why that's not in the CentOS GPL repo.
In my haste of being impatient, I attempted to download the RPM from the Webmin website at:
http://download.webmin.com/download/virtualmin/wbm-virtual-server-4.05.g...
My attempts to download the file failed due to a server timeout; even after multiple download attempts.
Basically you can't download the 4.05 GPL version period.

Try that download again now - we had some problems with the server today.
Worked flawlessly this time.
FYI: the original comment in this thread about the "software.virtualmin.com/gpl/universal" not having the update is still turn as of this writing.

Try the YUM repository again now - it should be fixed.
Everything is once again working perfectly!
