In System Settings the following submenues stopped working after update to 4.05
Features and Plugins Error - Perl execution failed Undefined subroutine &virtual_server::ui_link called at /usr/libexec/webmin/virtual-server/edit_newfeatures.cgi line 22
Server Templates: Perl execution failed:Undefined subroutine &virtual_server::ui_link called at /usr/libexec/webmin/virtual-server/edit_newtmpl.cgi line 15.
Account Plans Undefined subroutine &virtual_server::ui_link called at /usr/libexec/webmin/virtual-server/edit_newplan.cgi line 17.
the rest of the System is working fine

Howdy -- you may want to try giving Webmin a restart, as sometimes that can cause the behavior you're seeing. Try running this command:
/etc/init.d/webmin restartAfter that, do you still see the errors you described?

yes - the error is still there after reloading webmin

Also, which version of Webmin are you running? This could happen if the version is too old.

I am having the same issue after upgrading. Same Virtualmin and Webmin version as well.

Yeah, all boxes I updated, pro or gpl, to the latest virtualmin and webmin have this same issue. It does it when I go to 'Server Templates' or 'Account Plans'.

One quick fix is to install Webmin 1.670 from http://www.webmin.com/downloads.html . We haven't released this to Virtualmin customers yet, but will be shortly.

The quick fix (until we release an update) for users on CentOS / Redhat is to run :
