All my domain having problem because of high CPU usage.please check the attached file for CPU usage

Wow, a system load of 112 is indeed extreme. I can see a lot of domain-lookup.pl processes running for strange domain names. You might be under a spam attack, or one of your sites or email accounts got hacked and is being used to send spam.
You might want to check your Postfix queue with postqueue, and the email log under /var/log/mail.log.
Also the tool atop is useful, it can record historical process usage. Also check Virtualmin's Apache logs if there is a flooding attack running.
