Pretty simple. The module doesnt define a menu item to edit php configurations like when apache is enabled even those it still uses per-user php ini's in the php-cgi init/perl script generated.

Thanks for pointing this out - this will be fixed in the next release of the Nginx plugin for Virtualmin.

The same applies for several links. Many things that should be configurable in nginx compared to apache2 that are already existing in Virtualmin do not have reference links.
Another example is the logs/reports. Nginx logs should be in apache2 combined format if not already and allow awstats to take advantage of it.
