In my mail server logs for all email senders address is added with hostname
Jul 22 22:25:54 shs2 postfix/local[22723]: 7174081826E: to=prashanthy.vandothra.com@onyxar.com, orig_to=prashanthy@vandothra.com, relay=local, delay=2.9, delays=2.3/0/0/0.56, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (delivered to command: /usr/bin/procmail-wrapper -o -a $DOMAIN -d $LOGNAME) Jul 22 22:25:54 shs2 postfix/qmgr[24675]: 7174081826E: removed
The real user is prashanthy@vandothra.com but in logs it is showing prashanthy.vandothra.com@onyxar.com as shown above logs and my hostname of server is shs2.onyxar.com. Why is it happen so. Did this will face any problems for my users. How to resolve this .

Fwiw: I thought that this was inherent to the system. You are having system users which are always delivered to @ in this case. (Virtual users can be delivered to Y@Z.TLD).
Since @ is not allowed it will be username-domain.tld@hostname.tld or whatever preference you filled in on the virtualmin configuration.
This just doesn't hurt anyone, except that you are confused by the logs :)

Howdy -- yup, as jrhosting said, I suspect that's all fine, so long as the emails are showing up in your inbox.
