Roundcube 0.9.1 inbox view broken

since we installed the latest roundcube webmail, the inbox view is broken, when I downgrade roundcube webmail the problem remains. The settings as well as the address book work fine.

We'll review the RoundCube bug reports, as well as attempt to reproduce what you're seeing.

What's the issue? A screenshot would help.

I am running Roundcube Webmail 0.9.1 installed from their official site, and it works just fine.

There was a brief issue with the icons/design when 0.9 launched, due to the old images being cached in the browser. Is that what you are seeing? In that case, clear your browser cache to make it download the new graphics.

The only other issue I can think of would be a configuration issue of some sort on your part. You might want to try a completely separate, new Roundcube 0.9.1 installation to see if that works just to rule out configuration problems.

in the first screenshot you will see the Inbox, The left column with the folder structure is missing. If I downgrade to version 0.8.6 the same thing appears. It appears in all browser like Firefox Chrome and IE10, Version 0.9.0 just worked fine.

Were you able to try clearing the cache in your browser, and then trying to load the page again?

It looks like that resolved the problem for some people.

Or, alternatively, you could try accessing it in a different browser.

I tryed on a fresh Windows Box, cleared all cache - same result

Different Browsers Chrome - IE10 - Firefox - same result

I thought it maybe because of a https connection - no it does not matter - same result

And we tried on a fresh Linux Box - same result

it must be somewhere on the server side.

I unfortunately haven't been able to reproduce the issue you're seeing here.

I've tried some upgrades, and haven't been able to re-create the display problem you're seeing.

One possible explanation is that it could be related to a RoundCube plugin that's installed... do you know if you had enabled any plugins? You may want to try disabling them to see if that helps.

Other than that -- you may need to uninstall RoundCube, and then reinstall it.

That unfortunately means you'd lose any settings and address book data related in your installation though.

If that's a problem, you could always ask this question in the RoundCube community -- explain that you upgraded from version 0.9.0 to 0.9.1, and that issue started. You may also want to explain what version of RoundCube you started with, if it wasn't 0.9.0.

today I found the time to fix the problem, I mean I had to recreate the virtual server again, after deleting it. First made a MySql data backup then deleted the domain, recreated it, and imported the Sql data as well as restored the needed backup data. Roundcube of course, I did not restore anything, it displays now as it should.
