Deja vu. Duplicate of: http://virtualmin.com/node/27340 (fixed).
That thread has a downloadable patch if you want to solve it now instead of waiting for the next Webmin release.

Ah, thanks. Not in a hurry. Fortunately the more important "used memory" portion is correct. The other one I have memorized somewhat already :-)
I can confirm that I also run an openvz container on my system (but I used the new vswap feature to define the memory size)

The fix will be in the next Webmin release, which shouldn't be too far off... however, if you're interested in a fix to that issue prior to that release, the link in comment #1 above contains details about how to correct that issue.
