I am trying to install Joomla on one of my domains and get this error message: Database connection failed : DBI connect failed : Access denied for user 'mwheel'@'localhost' (using password: YES) 1361 How do I move forward on this? Thanks, Jeff

It sounds like the user's MySQL password isn't what Virtualmin expects.
Was the password for the user perhaps changed outside of Virtualmin, such as from the MySQL command line?

As far as I know there was no database set for the specific domain. During the Ubuntu setup is the only time I set a password and that was for the root mysql account. The setup routine created an empty database and apparently used the site administrator username / password.

Ok, in that case, try going to Edit Databases -> Passwords, and changing the domain's DB password to something different. Then go back to the same page again, and set the password back to what you want it to be.
