We're working on FreeBSD 9 support, we'll post a news item and add it to the supported OS list whenever it's officially supported.

Technically Webmin/Usermin/Virtualmin work fine with FreeBSD 9.0 and 9.1. There are just some strange things here and there. With any luck they will get taken care of soon.
