After rebooting the system was working perfectly and I get this screen attached. I do fresh install and configure everything again?

When I try to attach the file of this message erro...

Can I send the attachment to some email her?

Looks like filesystem errors were found on the root filesystem.

This isn't a Virtualmin issue per-se, but you can fix it by entering the root password at that prompt, and then running :

fsck -y /
