It looks like your nameserver was set incorrectly. I put the correct nameserver in /etc/resolv.conf, and it's able to perform DNS lookups now.

The problem remains. I did not do any modification to the system. The server was working perfectly. Just had to shut it down and when I called again this problem appeared

I verified that your server is able to perform DNS lookups.
I restarted Webmin and BIND, which may have cached that old result -- and I'm not seeing that error.

I can not access my vms with virtualmin. I did not change anything in the system and had problems in the license and also'm still having problems in vms
You can see why I can not access the vms the virtualmin??

Because Vms stopped working after this issue of the license.
the vms has no ping
I did not change anything here.
What happened?

I am taking a look at your system now.

I fixed the issue - someone had setup a firewall rule that blocked all FORWARD traffic. Once I removed this (at Webmin -> Networking -> Linux Firewall), the VMs were pingable again.
