New CENTSO install did a yum update and then ran install... .
I ran the command -> rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest No difference..
Not sure what to do at this point.. . Should I try the skip Broken ?

Try first running
rpm -e httpd-manual

Great! There is something bizarre about that package that blocks installs on some systems.
