Hi, I have four updates due for my server - but when I try to update them - it appears that they all work but then there is an error:

Howdy -- you may want to try using the "Refresh System Information" option on the top of the System Information screen. If those updates are already installed, the System Information screen may just not be reflecting that yet.
Also, it looks like you have a third party repository setup there -- we'd recommend caution when using those, as a lot of packages can conflict with those provided by Virtualmin and cause some problems... if you need to use them, we'd recommend only pulling down packages you need from third party repositories, and not allowing all packages to be pulled in.
Regarding the issue you're seeing though, once you're sure you aren't going to pull in packages you need from a third party, you could try running the command "yum update" on the command line to make sure there really aren't any packages that need to be installed.

yes, that is all fixed now with a reboot? packages are up to date. thank you.
