I fully deleted one of my virtual servers which also had some aliases created with them based on the setting "Automatically create alias domain". However, these aliases are not deleted whenever deleting the virtual server they belong to.
This shouldn't exist after deleting, as they appear to be a part of the virtual server (even when created under a different domain) and don't alias anything this way.

That's odd, as those aliases should be deleted along with their target.
Was the domain you deleted a top-level virtual server, or a sub-server?

It was the top-level domain, it had two subservers. Virtualmin confirmed it would delete those two subservers as well.

Ok, I see the cause of this bug now - it will be fixed in the next Virtualmin release (3.95)
