There is apparently an issue with our WHMCS licenses that's preventing us from updating the Install Script. We're working with the WHMCS support to get that resolved.
As soon as we get that all straightened out, we'll push out the new WHMCS Install Script.

As a security precaution, we are expiring all passwords for our client area. In order to restore access to your account, please visit the following url to reset your password: https://www.whmcs.com/members/pwreset.php

We're aware of the security issues they've had -- that's not the problem in our case, there's an issue with the license we use. We're working with their support to get it resolved though, and we'll hopefully have that fixed up soon!

I can't install WHMCS on Webmin. It gives me the following error:
Failed to install script : Missing or invalid-looking licence key - should be like Owned-a8f06f0510547d80704b
As a WHMCS reseller, our licences use the following format: "Leased-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" and I'm pretty sure anyone else who rents WHMCS will get the same format license. So this seems like a bug in Webmin. Please fix it.

The installer doesn't actually check if the key has "Owned" at the start - only that it contains two strings of text separated by a dash. Make sure there are no spaces at the start or end.

There's no spaces, either in the front or the back, I checked.
Also, I have a bunch of licenses without a dash inbetween as well, is it possible to change the script to look for any type of WHMCS license, instead of two strings separated by a "-" ?

Sure, I can add support for licence keys without a dash in them. However, the current code should work fine with a licence like Leased-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Were you installing from the web UI, or the command line?

That's probably because they got hacked and everyones password was expired.

Would it be possible for you to email me the actual serial number you are using?
