I'm not at ALL sure I did the right thing with renewing my Cloudmin license --- I probably spent too much on it. What I'd like to do with the 2 orders I just placed is to both upgrade from 25 to 50 licenses, and renew for a year ---

Howdy -- I applied both of those as they came in -- take a peek and see if those are working for you!
It is indeed necessary to purchase both an upgrade and a renewal.
However, it's possible to do those in the reverse order. That is, you can renew first, then purchase the upgrade.
If you like, we could refund your renewal, and you could purchase a renewal for a Cloudmin 25.
Let us know if you'd like us to do that.
Thanks for using Virtualmin and Cloudmin!

That would be great --- thanks. I realized after I bought them that that was probably a mistake. Leaves more money for Virtualmin licenses!
Oh -- and yes, the licenses are working - thanks

Okey-doke -- I'll go in and buy the 25-seat renewal in a minute. Thanks, sorry for the grief.
