Hello. I got this error when going to update my server with yum today...it looks like the GPG keys no longer match? I ran 'yum clean all' and got the same result a second time too
yum -y update

same error.

FATAL - Removing temporary directory and files. FATAL - If you are unsure of what went wrong, you may wish to review the log FATAL - in /root/virtualmin-install.log

Sorry for the inconvenience. Somehow I thought the EPEL key was being configured during the install process, but it seems to not be the case.
Oh, and you'll need to do:
yum clean all
If you ran into this issue, as the metadata will be mismatched, otherwise.
