some users' webmail not recognizing PDFs

Several recently created users in one virtual server have reported that they are unable to open/view PDF documents. Viewing individual emails in their respective mail directories, I can see that in these cases PDF attachments are shown as being of type "Text document" rather than "Adobe PDF". Other users in the same virtual server are displaying the correct attachment type. Any help resolving this anomaly would be greatly appreciated!!

Jamie may have some additional thoughts on that, but in the meantime, is there any chance you could either attach one of those emails to this request, or to forward it to eric@virtualmin.com and jamie@virtualmin.com? Also, make sure you mention the ticket #22380 in the subject. Thanks!

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear, but it's not the attachments that are the problem. The same attachments sent to other accounts on the same virtual server are recognized are shown as the correct attachment type and display correctly.

I'd still be interested to see one of these emails though, as it would give some indication as to what is going wrong..

Ok, I've forwarded the email that I used to test this situation - these PDFs showed up with correct MIME types for some users of the ArabianHorseWorld.com virtual server but as text files for several other users of the same virtual server

And thanks in advance for your help! I love you guys (and your products)!

Thanks for the email ... but could you forward the entire message, by checking the box next to it in Usermin's mail list, and clicking the Forward button? That way all headers are preserved ..
