I had a user call and ask where the Automatic Reply link went. According to them, it was listed on the left side panel on the main Mail screen. I was able to help them navigate to Usermin -> Mail -> Mail Forwarding and Replies and set it in there. Can I get that link back on the main screen for them (and other users)?

That link can disappear if you don't allow users to edit their own mail filters. This is configured in Virtualmin at Email Messages -> Spam and Virus Scanning, in the "Allow mailbox users to create mail filters?" field.

Well that would explain a lot. I was trying to move the Spamd and ClamAV to an external server and thought I couldn't allow users the ability to create mail filters. Was I wrong?

No, users can still create mail filters even if spam and virus processing is offloaded to another system - because the regular mail processing is still done on the Virtualmin system.
