I have one of my domains using a cert issued by Godaddy... now I have a new client who wants to put his site on my virtualmin with SSL. I only have one static IP issued by Time Warner... Is there a way that I can add his site with his SSL cert without having to get a separate nic and another static IP from TWBC?

If I try to create it, I get the following warning
The following potential problems were detected with the creation of this virtual server :
SSL is being enabled for more than one domain on the IP address 192.168.1.2. Apache on your system supports SNI, which will allow modern browsers to get the correct certificate in this situation. However, older browsers may see the first certificate for the IP, which is only valid for : mobilek16.net, www.mobilek16.net
Are you sure you want to continue?

Howdy -- with the way SSL works, you can only have one SSL certificate per IP address.
So, although you wouldn't need an additional NIC, you would need an additional IP address. That IP address can be added as an alias to your current NIC.
A workaround to that is that you can purchase a UCC SSL certificate, which allows you to put multiple domains in one certificate.
That's often undesirable, but if getting an additional IP address isn't an option, using a UCC certificate with multiple domains would do the trick.
