My license expired on March 23... I paid for annual upgrade today for 50 $64.00 using my PayPal account. Your system accepted payment and i got the email confirmation but the license still says expired in the account.

It looks like your order is still pending at PayPal ... has the renewal fee been deducted from your PayPal account?

Sorry for the nuisance. Accounting says there is a problem with our individual PayPal accounts and asked me to pay using my CC#... can you please cancel order 5927? don't worry it will not go thru at all....
Meanwhile I will place another or that *will * go thru.

OK I just paid by CC and it should have gone thru..
I will check tomorrow to see if they license is no longer in "expired" status
