Hi,
The main administrator/owner of domain can access DNS but i can't see a way to grant this privilege to an 'extra administrator'.
Please advise if possible and how to do it..

It seems this function is indeed not yet part of the Extra Admins feature. I turned on all features for an Extra Admin and the DNS Config entry does not appear.
Turning on "Access to other Webmin modules" will give them access to the BIND module, but that will enable them to edit ALL BIND zones and not just the one of their server, which is probably undesirable.
Virtualmin's DNS zone configuration function was added rather recently, maybe that's why it has not yet been integrated in the Extra Admin feature.
A current workaround might be like so:
Add the extra admin and give them access to "other webmin modules". Then switch to Webmin / Webin Users and edit the newly created user. Confirm the warning. Then go to "available webmin modules" and turn off those you don't want the extra admin to have. Then click the blue link "BIND DNS Server", where you can configure which zones the extra admin is allowed to manage.
Please use this procedure at your own risk though - At the least you should verify that you're not giving the extra admin more rights than intended before giving someone else such a login. :)
