I don't know if I can do this or not, but I made a Certificate for my Server, then I bought a SSL Certificate for 2 of my Virtual Servers, and a Self Signed Certificate for my other Virtual servers. Problem is every time I create a new Certificate it changes all my others to that one I just created.
Can't I have a Certificate for each Virtual Server? I know I can only have one SSL Certificate per IP, but I need to figure out how to keep the different Certificate for each Virtual Server. Is this Possible?

Howdy -- you can have as many SSL certificates as you like, so long as you have a unique IP address available for that SSL cert.
So, before enabling SSL on a given Virtual Server, you'd need to first move that Virtual Server to a different IP address.
There are directions for performing those steps here:

That's Great, but that wasn't my question. I know I have to have a Different IP for each SSL Certificate. I don't have a problem with that. My problem is if I create a self signed certificate for one of my other Virtual Servers, that Certificate over writes all my other Certificates. What is the right way to create the separate Certificates for each Virtual Servers.

Hmm, I'm not sure why that would happen, as each SSL certificate is located in the home directory of the Virtual Server it was created for.
So there shouldn't be a case where that could happen.
However, if the Virtual Server weren't on it's own IP address -- it might appear as if generating a SSL cert for one domain overwrote the other, simply because the one domain is overriding the other.
Are you sure that the domains in question here are on their own IP address?
Also, if you recently changed the IP for a given Virtual Server, it could take 24-48 hours for the DNS cache to clear, so it may direct you to the wrong domain name until that occurs. You may want to try testing it from a different computer to make sure that's not the problem.
