Hi !
Steps to reproduce :
- create domain1.com, domain2.com
- create domain1a.com as alias to domain1.com
- convert domain1a.com to subserver
- create some emails in domain1a.com
- change domain2.com quota
==> as aliascopy=1 in domain1a.com configuration file, domain1a.com emails are lost in /etc/postfix/virtual and bas aliases are created (domain2.com@domain1a.com).
Emails still appear in domain1a.com Users but are shown disabled. They must be individually re-enabled.
Solution: replace aliascopy=1 with alias= in domain1a.com config file, save virtual server

Glad you understood my post and thank you very much for your work !
Mails are also wiped from /etc/postfix/virtual upon top level domain name change but I didn't take the time to track it down yet.
I'll open an issue for that as well as soon as I have more details.
Best regards !
