I have MySQL stored in /home so it can be used with quotas. In the default settings template, the box is checked that says "Set group ownership of MySQL database files?". A server owner creates a new database, and, the database user and owner are set to mysql, the group is not set to their user.
So, this seems to be a bug?

If you moved the MySQL database directory, make sure Webmin knows the correct path at Webmin -> Servers -> MySQL Database -> Module Config -> System configuration -> Path to MySQL databases directory.

Actually, this is a Virtualmin bug .. it should automatically detect your MySQL directory. I'll fix this in the 3.91 release.
